Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Engineer to join our team and oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of our state-of-the-art data center. As Facilities Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the uninterrupted functionality of all data center systems and infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, enhance reliability, and optimize energy efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:


•	Perform routine inspections and maintenance of critical infrastructure, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, backup generators, UPS systems, and fire suppression systems.
•	Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance. Monitor data center systems and environmental conditions using building management systems (BMS) and other monitoring tools.
•	Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
•	Implement energy-efficient practices and strategies to reduce operational costs and environmental impact.
•	Evaluate and recommend improvements to increase energy efficiency and sustainability.

Job Requirement:


•	Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
•	Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in facilities management, particularly in data center environments.
•	Experience with critical systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, and backup power systems.
•	Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
•	Data center-specific certifications, such as CDCDP (Certified Data Center Design Professional) or CDCMP (Certified Data Center Management Professional), are a plus.
•	Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, including power distribution, cooling systems, and fire suppression.
